4 months lease minimum (short stay prohibited according to the the city regulations). Close to the Saint-Sauver ski hill (2 min drive) this bachelor-type house is very well located. The basement is rented to a respectful couple so we ask our guest to do so as well. Very close to the shops and downtown Saint-sauveur, but just a touch far enough to have the peace you expect from the Laurentian mountains. Located on a quiet street but easy and fast access to the main street and highway 15. Nice fenced backyard.
