I’m leaving the country so I need someone to take over starting Nov 1st The two floors and high ceilings bring a lot of atmosphere to the space. The building is great, staff is there 24/7 and always helpful, there’s a gym which is decent and usually not too full. The rooftop patio is really good, barbecues up there and a great view. Location is incredible, metro across the street, and despite being near the festival area, the building is tucked away so it doesn’t get too loud The landlord approves you so standard stuff: income, credit, rental history, work reference Message me if
