I clean the main living areas every weekend and only ask that you clean up after yourself (and your fully furnished bedroom). The kitchen is stocked with the necessities (and i dont even cook) I even provide the toilet paper. Quite often we go to the grocery store together with my car (though its a few minutes walk away). I do all the yard work. Large front porch and big back yard with a fire pit. This is a secure and peaceful home. No overnight guests and female oriented space.
