building has 4 floors, 4 apartments on each floor. building is well maintained, tenants are friendly. location is right off Sherbrooke Street in NDG, walking distance to everything. dwelling is on the 1st floor, old charm but very clean, no balcony. access to the whole apartment, fully furnished. room is fully furnished & is the bigger room out of the 2. work table will be provided (not shown in photos). on average I will be present at the apartment 1 to 2 nights a week & will mostly be in my room. i keep to myself. as long as you keep the place CLEAN & TIDY, please make yourself at home like
